Witness Brand is a faith-based apparel brand built on Acts 1:8. We sell Christian apparel and accessories through our online store. Products are typically made to order and fulfilled through approved production partners.

Product browsing happens on iamwitnessbrand.com. Checkout and payment processing are handled through Shopify's secure checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, shipping, and billing information when placing an order.

We work to display product images, colors, prices, descriptions, sizes, and availability accurately. Actual colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, product materials, and production conditions. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise shown and may change without notice.

Most Witness Brand products are made after purchase to reduce waste and overstock. Production and shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on product type, supplier capacity, shipping carrier timing, destination, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping information is explained on the Shipping Policy. Returns, damaged items, defective items, and refund eligibility are explained on the Refund Policy.

Discounts and promotions may have limits, expiration dates, eligibility rules, or exclusions. Witness Brand may update or end promotions at any time. If a discount does not apply as expected, contact support before placing the order.

You may receive transactional emails related to orders, checkout, shipping, support, or account activity. If you sign up for marketing emails, you may also receive promotional messages and can unsubscribe at any time.

If you submit a review, photo, message, or other content, you confirm that your submission is truthful based on your own experience and that you have the right to share it. Witness Brand may review submissions before display and may choose not to publish content that is abusive, misleading, unlawful, spam, unrelated to the product, or otherwise inappropriate.

Witness Brand products and content may include Christian messages, Bible references, and faith-based expression. By using the site, you understand that faith-based content is central to the brand.

The Witness Brand name, logo, designs, product copy, images, website content, and other brand materials are owned by Witness Brand or used with permission. The Witness Brand name and logo may be subject to pending trademark protection. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, modify, or use our content or designs without written permission.

You may not use the site to commit fraud or abuse, interfere with site security or operation, submit false or unlawful information, copy or misuse Witness Brand content or intellectual property, or violate applicable laws or regulations.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Witness Brand is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

The store may use third-party services including Shopify, payment providers, Printify, email providers, analytics tools, and fulfillment partners. Their services may be governed by their own terms and policies. Witness Brand may update these Terms of Service from time to time, and updates will be posted on this page.
